Scripture Prayer

So now I have this in two ways, as a category and as a Page. If I end up actually writing out my own prayers, then maybe I’ll use posts in the category, but for now–just for making a list–this Page with several headings will work.

I’ve decided I’d rather just get going through and make my own list rather than use someone else’s list. Besides, it just happens that after Easter/Lent, I’ll be starting back at the beginning of the New Testament (I should take turns between Gospel & Acts/Letter); and I just happen to be on Genesis for the Old Testament. However, because I’m looking for scripture to use for worship, I’m also going to start in with Psalms.

So, the idea is: any time I come across a scripture that can be used for prayer (or, that resonates for me, to use for praying), that reference will be copied here, under whatever “tag” heading it fits. Reftagger will work great for hovering the mouse, and if I want to “read more”, it’s a simple click.
